Viewing your letters online

Some hospitals have enabled patients to view their NHS letters online. The letters you see on this website are the same letters you normally receive in the mail. Viewing your letters online saves the NHS money and also helps us save the environment. 

In the settings page, you can choose one out of two settings for your letters:

• paperless: If you choose to go paperless, we will no longer send you paper letters. Your letters will be available online. You can print them yourself if you like.
• paper copies: If you choose paper copies, we will keep sending you paper letters. Your letters will also be available online. 

Changes may take a couple of days to apply. Not all departments have online letters enabled, so you may still receive some letters via mail. Your choice will however be saved, and will be applied wherever possible.
