There are a couple of reasons why this may occur:
1. You could be patient at multiple providers that use DrDoctor and the system is logging you into the wrong one. Simply click "sign out" at the top right-hand corner, follow the link and log in again. Alternatively, click on 'Sign in with another care provider', this can be found under the NHS login or Continue button depending on your location.
2. The surname, date of birth and postal code you are entering are different from what the hospital has on record for you. Please contact your hospital directly to ensure their records are correct and up to date. As the hospital always remains in control of your data, we can't update the records on your behalf. You can find their contact details on their website or on a recent letter, or you can find the contact details for every NHS Trust in England here.
3. The letter is for someone else registered under the same contact information (such as a family member, spouse or someone else under your care). You can try logging in with the other individual's details.
If the above does not work for you please get in touch with our support team and we’ll be happy to help!
