Try the following steps:
- Click on https://drdoctor.thirdparty.nhs.uk to access your patient portal log in page.
- Scroll down and click on "Sign in with another provider" as shown below:
3. After clicking on 'Sign in with another care provider' enter your Last Name, date of birth and postcode and click on Continue. You should now be prompted to choose the hospital you would like to access. Once selected, you will be sent a security code to your saved phone number and you'll be able to access your letters.
4. If you are a patient of multiple hospital trusts, don't forget to sign out after you have read your letter!
If you were not able to view the letter it could be that the letter is for someone else registered under the same contact information (such as a family member, spouse or someone else under your care). You can try logging in with the other individual's details.
If you are still unable to log in, it may be that the hospital records you are trying to access are not up to date and this would be why the system is logging you directly to one provider and not prompting you to choose. As all your healthcare data, including your contact information, is managed by your hospital, please contact them directly to request to double check your records. You can find their details on any letter or text messages you have received from them or on their website.
