If your hospital sent you message asking you to answer an online question regarding your treatment, but the link does not work when you click on it, it is likely because the hospital has already closed the link that you received. Most links also expire after 72 hours, or sometimes earlier if the hospital chooses to.
If you only just received the message and you are receiving an error, then try clearing the cookies on your browser and retrying the link.
These questions are normally to validate their waiting lists to help speed up your care. However, if you don't reply, this will not affect your care or position on the waiting list. Your provider will either send you a new link after a certain amount of time, or get in touch with an alternative way if they need to hear from you.
The DrDoctor team do not manage the communications sent out by the hospital team. So we are unfortunately unable to send you a new link on their behalf or provide clarifications about the appointment the communication refers to.
