How to open a QR code in a Digital Letter

If your hospital has included a QR code in your digital letter, follow these steps to access it:

1. Take a screenshot of the letter with the QR code visible on the screen 
2. Save the screenshot to the camera roll 
3. iPhone – Open the screenshot from the photos app and long press on the QR code 
Android – Open the screenshot from the Google photos app and press the Google lens icon 
4. You’ll be given the option to open the website associated with the QR code.
